Jody in Cathedral Grove, Vancouver Island

Jody McDonnell grew up north of Toronto in Caledon Village, and spent a great deal of her time in other west-end areas like Orangeville, Brampton, and Mississauga, where she bought her first home. Jody worked for many years as Associate Director of IT at Bell Mobility, but always wanted to be her own boss. In 2004 she chucked corporate life to follow her dream of working as a Realtor. Jody went on to earn her Real Estate Broker’s license in 2014, and has consistently achieved top-tier status in her profession. In her spare time, Jody likes to travel the world, or you might be able to catch her enjoying a Blue Jays game at the Dome!

Allyson (also known as Ali) Scott grew up in Winnipeg and Regina before settling in Markham. She earned a degree in photography, and spent 18 years working in both Sales and Artist Services at a stock photography agency, while also running her own freelance photography business. This east-end girl lived in the Village and Rosedale areas for many years, and got her first taste of the real estate world by managing an apartment building with 60 tenants in her spare time. She left the corporate world in 2013 to help Jody with the marketing side of her business, and in 2016 she earned her real estate license. When she isn’t working, you will likely find Ali walking her dogs, raising butterflies, or experiencing new places through her camera lens.

Together we achieved the Royal LePage Diamond Award in 2017 and 2018 (top 3% of Toronto Royal LePage agents), the Red Diamond Award in 2019, 2020, and 2021 (top 2% of Royal LePage agents across Canada), and the Executive Circle Award in 2022. We were also the #1 team in sales volume at the brokerage in 2018, 2021, and 2022! We donate a portion of every commission cheque to the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, which helps women and children to rebuild their lives after escaping violence. In 2021, Jody completed a fundraising trek in the Purcell Mountains to raise additional support for the Foundation.
