Toronto Life has released its 2016 rankings of Toronto’s 140 neighbourhoods, using weighted criteria ranging from affordability of housing to crime rates. New this year is the ability to customize the weighting feature to match your own priorities.

I can’t say that I always agree with their findings, since you will find both good and bad pockets in pretty much every neighbourhood, but it’s an excellent place to start your research if you’re looking to make a change.
