Very interesting article that has my colleagues and clients talking this past week.  I’m concerned with the number of condo developments going up in the next few years, but as Toronto runs out of actual land to build on, condos are the only alternative.  I only wish that they would build condos with better use of space – who can use a 350 sq ft condo?!?  Maybe for my bicycle!
